This warranty covers all accounts provided by our service. If your account is disqualified or removed from the Creator Rewards Program, you may be entitled to a replacement, subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
We offer a one-time replacement within 7 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:
The account was disabled, banned, or otherwise inaccessible without any action from the buyer.
You are required to change the email and password associated with the account within 48 hours of receiving it.
The issue is reported within 7 calendar days of the delivery date
Replacements will not be issued if:
The account is banned or flagged or disqualified due to the buyer’s use, actions, or linked IP addresses
The 7-day window has passed

While our standard delivery time is 24 hours, high demand may cause delays. In such cases, Viralfame reserves the right to extend delivery up to 72 hours. Refunds will not be issued if delivery is completed within this extended timeframe.
